My Place Are Gated And Guarded In Ss 3 Petaling Jaya, Selangor With Limited Parking Space. - 5 Mins Drive To Kelana Jaya & Taman Bahagia Lrt Station, Giant Supermarket, Convenient Access To Federal Highway, Ldp Highway & Sprint Highway. , Homestay Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

- Rental : RM1200/day

- Security deposit : RM2000 collect cash upon check in and will refund between 1 - 2 day after check out and house inspection all the items and furniture are in good condition as hand over.

- Extra bed charge : RM30/bed
- Strictly no smoking inside the house and rooms (only allowed outside). These costs can be deducted from the security deposit for damaged found due to smoking.
- Place all furniture and items that are moved back in their original places
- Clean all trash remove all the decoration and tidy up the house.
- Any furniture or item damage will be charged to the guest as per the price of the item or a similar replacement.
- Lost keys, door access card and remotes will also be charged according to the cost of replacement.
- Alcohol are allowed in the house, if vomiting must be clean it by yourself.
- No firework, fire cracker at our place.
- Please save the electricity, switch off aircond, fan and light whenever not in use or leave the unit.
