2 bedroom:

1st bedroom with queen size bed, make-up drawer with mirror, wardrobe, air-condition and ceiling fan.
2nd bedroom with window equipped with single bed, wardrobe, air-conditioned, one study table & chair

Bathroom:
one bathroom with shower & toilet bowl.
*Towels, shower gel and shampoo provided with request.

Living area:
Dining & living room equipped with furniture, air-conditioned, ceiling fan & LED TV.
WiFi, Home entertainment like Blu-ray Player, PS4, Xbox One & Wii U is available with special request.

Kitchen:

Kitchen with built-in cabinets, fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, toaster & kitchenstove with hub (for light cooking and only halal meals allowed).
Other cooking facilities is subject to availability and with minimum charge.

We also provide iron & ironing board as well as washing machine.

Maximum guests allowed: 4
Additional guest is at the discretion of the owner.
No pets, no alcoholic drinks and non halal food allowed in the premise.
No smoking in the house if you need to smoke you may do so at either balcony.

Only one covered parking is available.

Check-in after 2.00 pm
Check-out before 12.00 noon

MRR2: nearest entry at 5min of driving
Jalan Ampang: nearest entry at 5min of driving

Food court/Sundry shop:

7-11 & KK Supermart at 5 min distance. There are nearby sundry shop as well.
Ampang Putra Food court opposite the apartment that offer western food, Arab Food & Thailand Food.
Line Clear Restaurant (Not the official ones) that offer Mamak or Indian food also at the opposite of the apartment.
