Peraturan Check in & Check out
[+] Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 Noon
[+] We allow early check-in upon request and must be inform to the management minimum 2 days before arrival and it is subject to availability.
[+] Check-out after 01.30 PM will have a charge of RM 20.00 per hours.

Peraturan Pembatalan Tempahan LUXURY Homestay Kota Kinabalu
[+] Cancellation of booking that fall on weekends, Public Holidays and School Holiday shall mean forfeiture of the deposit/payment made.
[+] No show shall mean forfeiture of deposit/payment made.

Peraturan Tempahan LUXURY Homestay Kota Kinabalu
[+] We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance must be settled 2 days before arriving.
[+] We require RM 100.00 as security deposit and will be refund through internet banking after the guest check-out.

Smoking Policy
[+] Smoking is strictly prohibited in our homestay.
[+] Smoking in this homestay will result in RM 150.00 cleaning fee.
