One master room equipped with air-conditioned, fan, dressing and dressing table with attached bathroom, fitted water heater. A king size bed and a single bed. Another 2 rooms with air-conditioned , fan, cabinet with a queen size bed, another with king size bed respectively. Another room with 15 ft high ceiling with a fan, a single bed, and a queen-size bed. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine and kettle, sink, cup, plate with folk and spoon. The main hall is a 20 ft high ceiling, with sofa set and tv, iron board, dining table, mirror. It is very spacious about 650 square feet enough for 20-30 people gathering. There are 2 car parking lots in front with another 150 square feet for BBQ area. High 5 ft wall to ensure privacy functions in a lush green planted with the tropical fruit tree. It is a perfect retreated area for the rat race city folk.

It is about 2 to 3 minutes drive to the 24 hours Mc Donald outlet . The Petron petrol kiosk operating 24 hours is next door only. The Giant supermarket and Malayan Banking side by side nearby. T about 5 minutes drive to the town central pending on the traffic flow. North-south high way is about 10 kilometres from the homestay. 5 minutes drive to Kluang stadium.
