RM45/per night higher than Weekday.

Peak Seasons =
Surcharge of RM20/Nite for Malaysia School holidays
Surcharge of RM25/Nite for Malaysia eve & Public Holidays.


Discounts (for stay 2 nights & above) as below:
Stay 2~3 Night @ 15~17% off from the above rates
Stay 4~6 Night @ 20~24% off from the above rates
Stay 7 Night & above @ RM170.0 Flat per Night (Auto upgrade to 4 Bedrooms and no peak surcharge)
-Weekly & monthly rates is available upon request.

GENERAL:
Check-in time: 2 pm or after
Check-out time: 12 noon or before
Early check-in and late check-out charges apply and subject to availability.

A homestay is considered booked ONLY after receiving 50% deposit payment of total night stay.

Kindly call/sms us immediately after payment made to avoid double booking.

Banker Details: Public Bank and CIMB Malaysia.

No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking made by the guests.
